- Salary of $90,000 - $118,000 + Super
- No KPIs and no “back-to-back all day” expectations
- 2 hours admin time built into your day
- 5 weeks annual leave
- $1,500 CPD allowance per clinician

About the Role





This is a generalist private practice role with a strong paediatric focus, supporting families across clinic and local off-site settings.

Your caseload may include:

- Speech sound and articulation difficulties
- Late talking / delayed language development
- Pragmatic language / social communication
- Stuttering/fluency
- Neurodiversity and disability (including ASD, Down Syndrome, GDD and other developmental profiles)
- Literacy development (reading, spelling, comprehension)
- A small number of adult clients (optional, depending on your experience/interest)

Workmodel & locations:

Mosman clinic, local schools/preschools and some community/home visits where appropriate.

Service area includes Northern Beaches, Lane Cove and the North Shore

- Supervision and guidance dictated by your level (more for early-career, more autonomy for seniors)
- Weekly touchpoints/team meetings to stay connected and supported
- A collaborative team where you can ask anyone anything

Requirements/Skills

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
