THE ROLE & WHY JOIN US
One of our Supply Chain Coordinators is off for a new challenge, so we are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join us on a full-time basis in Abbotsford. This role offers you:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Supply Chain Coordinator you will:

- Ensure stock is in the right place to sell at the right time
- Manage inventory, which includes optimising inventory levels across the country
- Maintain,



review and adjust forecasts as necessary in partnership with stakeholders
- Ensure product data is kept up-to-date and accurate
- Work with winery partners to purchase stock and review purchases for accuracy
- Coordinate stock takes with warehouses nationally
- Provide stakeholders with reports as required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

As our next Supply Chain Coordinator you will bring experience across supply chain, with experience moving products from A to B ideally on a national scale. If you have basic purchasing experience and have supported forecasting previously, you’ll be a good candidate for this role. You’ll also bring experience in:

- Advanced excel, working with pivot tables and beyond
- A similar rapid paced industry working with a high volume of SKUs
- Stakeholder management and being a step ahead of any problems
- Data management and maintenance – attention to detail is critical

If you have worked in the wine industry before, this is highly desirable as you will understand the language and pricing with ease.
