Cruiseabout is seeking a Team Leader for the Port Macquarie store to drive sales and lead a customer‑facing team. The role involves quoting, booking and invoicing cruise packages, while ensuring KPIs and monthly targets are met.

You will manage walk-in, email and phone enquiries, upsell opportunities and maintain product information to support sales growth. Previous cruise/travel industry experience is preferred.
