- Lead the architecture, design and implementation of an enterprise Citrix platform uplift.
- Design scalable, resilient and high-performing Citrix solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Modernise existing Citrix infrastructure and drive improvements across performance, stability and operational maturity.
- Produce detailed technical designs, architecture documentation and operational runbooks.
- Partner with infrastructure, networking, security and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and knowledge transfer to operational support teams.
- Support a smooth transition into BAU, ensuring supportability and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Key Skills & Experience
- Solid experience designing and delivering enterprise Citrix environments.
- Expertise across Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD).
- Experience with Citrix NetScaler / Citrix ADC.
- Strong knowledge of Citrix Cloud.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware.
- Proven background producing infrastructure architecture, technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Experience leading infrastructure uplift or modernisation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills.
