Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a full-time sales and customer service professional to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a small, dynamic company where your contribution will be valued. Based in Brisbane's western suburbs, our office offers a welcoming team environment and convenient on-site parking.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Processing and coordinating customer sales orders
- Managing inbound enquiries and making outbound sales calls
- Maintaining accurate customer information within our data system and CRM (Ostendo and Hubspot)
- Building positive relationships with customers and supporting ongoing sales growth
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- This is an office-based role with standard set business hours.
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn CRM software (Hubspot experience is advantageous).
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- A current, valid driver's licence
The following would be highly regarded:
- Tertiary qualifications in Equine, Agriculture or Science.
- Knowledge of, experience in, or passion for the equine, livestock or pet industries.
