We currently have TWO Internal Sales Manager positions available — one based in Mulgrave (Head Office) and one based in South Melbourne. Please indicate your preferred location in your application.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and driven Internal Sales Managers to lead the day-to-day operations of our outbound sales teams. This is a fully dedicated leadership role, accountable for the team's collective sales target, coaching, performance management and culture. You'll work closely with the Head of Sales on strategy, targets and broader business initiatives.

Your Mission

Lead, coach and develop a team of outbound phone sales representatives and a Team Leader to maximise performance and results

Establish and maintain structured coaching, sales conversation frameworks and performance management processes

Monitor performance against the team's collective sales target, analyse trends and report results to the Head of Sales

Recruit,



onboard and induct new team members to ensure the team is resourced and prepared for success

Build and maintain a positive, engaging and high-performing team culture

Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Administration and other departments to support integrated business operations

Ensure consistent application of sales processes, coaching frameworks and reporting standards across all Big Post locations

Support the development of the Team Leader as part of the succession pipeline into future leadership roles

About You

Experience leading, coaching or supervising a sales team, ideally outbound phone sales

Alternatively, a solid track record as a senior sales representative looking to step into leadership

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation abilities

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Experience working with CRM systems, including pipeline management and forecasting (Zoho CRM experience highly regarded)

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

Resilience, adaptability and a proactive leadership style

Able to start at 7:30am to align with the team's start time
