Altitude is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager for a rapid growing company with a portfolio of high-volume ecommerce & digital retail brands.

This is a role for a social media professional who is ready to make an impact. You will own the strategy, shape the content, and drive measurable results across organic, paid, and influencer channels. All for a portfolio of exciting brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives, managing organic and paid campaigns to maximise ROI and conversions.
- Create, publish, and schedule high-quality content (images, video, copy) across platforms, ensuring brand alignment and platform best practices.
- Lead influencer marketing programs — sourcing, building, and managing partnerships to drive brand awareness.
- Monitor performance metrics across all platforms, provide actionable insights, and present regular reports to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with video and design teams, share best practices with Content Creators, and manage workflow and briefing processes.

Key Requirements:





- Experience in social media management with proven results, including paid social campaign experience managing spends of $20,000+ per month.
- Strong background in content creation for social platforms (images, video, copy) and experience with organic posting and influencer marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and content planning platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sked).
- Experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to identify and deliver meaningful reporting and insights.
- Collaborative, strategic, and creative — with strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
