Requirements

- Experience in a busy restaurant or bar, ideally at a supervisor or senior floor staff level

- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Leadership qualities, including training and managing junior staff
- Bar experience and wine knowledge are an advantage, but not essential
