The role involves handling enquiries, guiding applications through renewal, and maintaining CRM systems to ensure accurate member data, communications and events management.

The successful candidate will excel in customer service, possess robust organisational skills, and be comfortable using Canva, Mailchimp and MS 365 to create professional communications.
