This exciting opportunity will suit an experienced Replenishment Coordinator who enjoys being part of a growing Australian manufacturing business and who is ready to take the next step in their career.

As the Replenishment Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day purchasing requirements and management of stock for our Sydney site. You will play a key role in ensuing the smooth flow of materials required to meet production demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and place direct orders for products and production related items
- Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment activities
- Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply
- Maintain accurate supplier and product information within NetSuite ERP system
- Monitor supplier performance, including delivery, quality, cost, and product changes
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and finance teams to resolve supply and inventory issues




- Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and inventory processes
- Review and update data maintenance ensuring current lead times, cut off times and other report requirements are accurate
- Evaluate excess stock and liaise with managers regarding movement of stock
- Assist with regular Stocktake processes and investigations of stock discrepancies
- Assist with processing of supplier claims and invoicing queriesBuild strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Complete cycle counts and daily yield reports
- Contribute to the Sales and Operations teams by presenting supply & demand data
- Create and maintain stock reports ensuring stock for production and distribution is up to date with scheduled requirements

To Succeed you will need:

- Knowledge of Supply Chain principals
- Advanced ERP (NetSuite) & Microsoft office skills
