Rustica Highpoint is a busy, high-volume café known for quality coffee and great customer experience. We're looking for an experienced Senior Barista to join our team and help lead our coffee program during peak trading hours.

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and energetic Senior Barista with 2–3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume café environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in consistency and quality with every cup.

What You'll Bring

- 2–3 years of barista experience, ideally in a busy café or high-volume venue
- Proven ability to stay calm, efficient, and consistent during peak periods
- Strong coffee knowledge — extraction,



milk texturing, latte art, and machine maintenance
- A positive, team-first attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
