Role: Sr. .NET Developer - Full-Stack (Microsoft / Azure AI)

About the Role

- We're hiring a senior full-stack engineer to support and evolve our existing Microsoft-stack applications, own our Azure infrastructure and API management layer, and work as a first mover in adopting AI development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as a core part of daily engineering practice.
- This is not a greenfield role — you'll be extending, hardening, and modernizing production .NET applications that the business already depends on, while pushing the team's tooling and delivery practices forward.
- This role sits across the full stack — front end, C#/.NET backend, SQL Server, and Azure infrastructure — with genuine ownership of features end to end, not siloed hand-offs between specialists.

What You'll Do

- Full-stack delivery: Design, build, and maintain features end to end across a up-to-date frontend (React/TypeScript or equivalent), C#/.NET Web APIs, and SQL Server — owning the feature from design through production support.
- Azure infrastructure & API management: Own and evolve our Azure footprint — App Service/Functions, Azure API Management (policies, versioning, rate limiting, gateway design), CI/CD via Azure DevOps,



and infrastructure-as-code (Bicep/Terraform).
- Support existing .NET applications: Maintain, refactor, and modernize our current production .NET applications — this includes bug triage, performance tuning, incremental modernization of legacy code, and production incident response, not just new-feature work.
- AI-augmented development: Fully adopt AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent) as a daily part of your workflow — not as a novelty, but as a genuine productivity and quality lever, with sound judgment about when to trust, verify, or reject AI-generated output, especially in production-critical code paths.
- Architecture & code quality: Apply sound design patterns and SOLID principles in real code, not just in theory; contribute to technical design decisions including API contracts, service boundaries, and messaging/command-query patterns (CQRS/MediatR) where appropriate.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, other engineers, and stakeholders; communicate technical trade-offs clearly; mentor other engineers where relevant.
