The Role: Your Portfolio, Your Way

We are growing … You will assist in managing of our task-based portfolio, but you won't be doing it alone. With dedicated leasing, admin, and junior support, you can focus on what you do best: building relationships, staying ahead of issues, and delivering exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end management of a clean, well-maintained residential portfolio.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with tenants.
- Conducting rent reviews, lease renewals, and managing arrears proactively.




- Overseeing maintenance coordination (with heavy support from your admin team).
- Tribunal preparation and attendance (only when absolutely necessary).
- Providing mentorship and guidance to our junior PM assistant.

About You (The Essentials)

We are looking for a confident, capable Property Manager who knows their craft inside and out.

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years' experience managing your own residential portfolio.
- Qualifications: Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (non-negotiable).
- Driver's Licence: Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential for the company car).
- Knowledge: Solid knowledge of current QLD tenancy legislation (RTRA Act) and compliance requirements.
- Software: Experience with Console or PropertyMe software is highly regarded.
- The Vibe: You are positive, resilient, highly organised, and love interacting with people.
- The Drive: You take pride in your work, handle pressure with grace, and want to build a long-term career with an agency that respects you.
