About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated intern to join our Stockbroking Operations team.
This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to the financial services industry and develop an understanding of stockbroking operations, securities processes and settlement workflows.
Under the guidance of experienced team members, the intern will have the opportunity to learn about international share transfer processes across the Australian, US and Hong Kong markets, while gaining insight into how a professional operations team supports clients and business activities within a regulated financial services environment.
Learning Activities & Responsibilities
- Learn about the end-to-end international share transfer process through structured guidance and team support.
- Participate in training sessions and learning activities related to stockbroking operations, securities processes and settlement workflows.
- Support the preparation and organisation of relevant documentation under the supervision of experienced team members.
- Gain exposure to client communication processes and operational workflows through observation and guided participation.
- Assist with administrative and documentation-related activities within the Stockbroking Operations team.
- Participate in regular feedback sessions and learning discussions with team members.

- Previous industry experience is not required.
