About the Role

- Build and maintain genuine relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and other specification professionals
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients through regular contact, project discussions, and ongoing relationship development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, industry research, and client visits




- Understand project requirements and provide tailored natural stone solutions that align with your clients' design vision and project goals
- Support projects from material selection through to installation, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records, project updates, and sales administration to keep projects moving and clients informed

About You

- You love beautiful interior spaces and know how quality materials bring a design together, whether that's through your work or a genuine passion for design. You're the one friends turn to for advice on finishes and styling.
- What sets you apart is how you build relationships. You ask thoughtful questions, listen well, and follow through. You're proactive and self-driven, comfortable creating long-term opportunities through consistent communication.

Selection Criteria

- Experience in a sales or specification-focused role, ideally within a similar industry
