The role oversees preventative and corrective maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds, manages asset registers, refurbishment and capital works planning, and coordinates external contracts.
The erfolgreich candidate will have a trade certificate, relevant maintenance experience, and a current driver’s license, with Aged Care experience preferred and police checks required.
