What you'll be doing

- Leading and supporting the bar team during service.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast paced environment.
- Preparing premium cocktails and serving a carefully curated range of gins and spirits.
- Confidently recommending gins and educating guests on styles, botanicals and flavour profiles.
- Hosting and looking after artists in the green room, ensuring they receive outstanding hospitality.
- Maintaining a professional, welcoming and discreet environment for performers and their teams.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and inventory management.
- Training and mentoring team members.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and RSA compliance.
- Working closely with the Venue Managers to continually improve operations.
- Reporting directly to the Beverage and Venue Managers.

You’ll be someone who:

- Has previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior bartender/mixologist
- Has a solid knowledge of spirits, particularly gin, and enjoys sharing that knowledge with others.
- Loves live music, events and being part of an energetic venue atmosphere.
- Enjoys building genuine connections with both guests and artists.
- Leads by example and brings a positive, hands on attitude.
- Thrives in a busy, high volume environment.




- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Holds a current RSA certificate.
- Is available to work evenings, weekends and event shifts.
