Daylesford Cider is seeking an experienced head chef to lead our busy kitchen in Daylesford. You will oversee lunch service, drive menu development, and ensure profitable, well-executed dishes across our dining room, courtyard and terrace.

We value passion for local produce, strong communication, and the ability to inspire a team in a fast-paced environment. This full time role includes weekend work and opportunities to shape our cider-forward menu.
