This is a part-time or full time chance for an experienced property manager to join the dynamic team at The Rental Specialists Real Estate in Albury and Wodonga. As a property manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall management of a diverse residential property portfolio.
What you'll be doing
- Assist the senior property manager with day-to-day operations including responding to tenant enquiries, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and conducting property inspections
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation related to tenancy agreements, rental payments, and property condition reports
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to address any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support the marketing and leasing of available properties within the portfolio
- Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall growth and success of the business
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry
- Agent's Representative Certificate or Licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with both landlords and tenants
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth property management operations
- Working knowledge of relevant real estate legislation, regulations, and best practices
- Basic awareness of real estate legislation requirements is essential for this role
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to the real estate industry
