SEE Group as an opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join our local highly skilled and skilled project team. This is a diverse and fast-paced site-based role, based in Caloundra. Reporting to the Project Administration Manager you will be responsible for administration duties including but not limited to:
- Project accruals, assisting in preparing financial reports by ensuring all costs and accruals are accounted for
- Purchase Orders, coding and receipting of Invoices / Dockets within our Viewpoint system
- Maintaining files and records, online ordering
- Work closely with Accounts Payable and site teams to ensure the 'Procure to Pay' process runs effectively
- Data entry, administration and support to Project Managers and Engineers where required
Essential Skills and Attributes
- The position is best suited to someone with the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience as a Project / Site Administrator ideally within a construction environment
- Experience with Procurement
- Ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities
- Experience with Viewpoint accounting software or similar
