Synergie has multiple immediate commencement opportunities forMulti System Operators (Rear or Side Lift) for one of Australias leading waste industries located in North Melbourne.

The important parts:

- Casual ongoing with potential to go permanent for the right candidates
- Monday to Friday 5AM 6PM (Must be flexible with Overtimes and weekend as there will be OT and weekend work)

What you will be required to do:

As Multi System Operator will be responsible for operating waste collection vehicles (side-lift or rear-lift) and associated equipment. The role involves transporting loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities, completing daily pre-start and maintenance checks, and ensuring secure loading/unloading.

- Operate company waste collection vehicles (side-lift or rear-lift) and associated equipment
- Transport loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities
- Perform daily pre-start and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of trucks
- Interact with clients in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

To be successful in the role you will:

- MUST have Unrestricted Heavy Rigid (HR) (AUS) or Class 4 (NZ) Licence (as a minimum)

- Self-motivated
- Mechanical aptitude
