About the business/role/team

This role supports the Asset Management team within Infrastructure and Security, Workplace in improving how we manage our assets. You will assist Manager Asset Management and Sustainability with data, planning, and coordination in the development, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide asset management systems, frameworks, and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of Asset Management Framework

Support to capture, maintain and improve the asset data and registers

Assist with asset management plans and lifecycle planning activities

Coordinate data collection, validation, and integration across systems

Support to develop and maintain asset data standards and documentation

Prepare basic reports and dashboards and analyse asset performance data

Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and consultants

Contribute to improving processes, systems, and data quality

Assist in facilitating workshops and stakeholder consultations

About you

Strong organisational and communication skills

Interest in asset management, infrastructure, or data

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and systems

Ability to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines

A proactive and curious mindset

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience in infrastructure planning, project coordination or data analysis

Familiarity with asset management or asset information

Background in engineering, planning, or similar
