Arafmi Ltd is seeking a Carer Support Facilitator for the Carer Gateway Program in Queensland. You will work autonomously with mental health carers, delivering coaching, education sessions and group facilitation across the region.

You will complete registrations and needs assessments, help carers access funding and services, and build trusted relationships with local stakeholders. A maximum term contract runs to 30 June 2027.
