About the Role

Join our Water Delivery Team as an Operations Field Officer. This hands-on, field-based role is critical to ensuring the reliable delivery of water and water-related services across our irrigation districts-supporting farmers, communities and regional growth.

As an Operations Field Officer based in Rochester, you’ll be part of a dedicated team responsible for operating and maintaining water infrastructure within a defined operations area. Working largely in the field, you’ll help meet water delivery obligations, maintain essential assets, and respond to customer and operational needs.

About you

No experience is required, but these skills would be advantageous:

- Relevant Water Industry Experience
- Experience in field-based operations and maintenance
