About the role
The Asset Maintenance Officer will contribute to the long term productivity and efficiency of the Civil Maintenance Section through the provision of reliable asset data and information to inform the prioritization and scheduling of infrastructure maintenance and repair work. You will be accountable for reliable infrastructure inspections, defect identification, treatment recommendations and scoping of required maintenance actions. Your work and activities will meet commitments in your individual or team work plan.

Remuneration
$73,924 to $88,187 + 12% Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in civil infrastructure maintenance services, identifying and recording defects and scoping treatment options.
- Capability to undertake field inspections, effectively document asset condition, set‑out works, plan and self‑manage daily work activities and organize priorities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Current NSW Class C driver’s licence.
