The Role

As Automotive Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of a busy service and repair store.

You will lead and support technicians and front-of-house staff while ensuring operational efficiency, strong sales performance, and exceptional customer service outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing day-to-day store operations and workflow
- Driving sales growth and profitability
- Leading, mentoring, and developing your team
- Monitoring KPIs, budgets, and performance targets
- Maintaining inventory control and stock accuracy
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Ensuring safety, quality, and operational standards are met

You will bring:

- Experience within automotive service or repair environments




- Leadership or team coordination skills
- Understanding of workshop workflow and customer service delivery
- Results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy setting
- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive (preferred but not essential)
- Valid Australian Driver Licence
