Russell Heale Screw Piling is a well‑established Gold Coast family business with over 30 years of experience in the piling industry. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Excavator Operator / HC Driver to join our team.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating excavators for screw piling installations
Machine pre‑starts and daily maintenance
Transporting machinery and equipment to and from project sites
Working closely with our installation crews on commercial and residential projects
Loading and unloading machinery safely
Some travel away from home will be required (short periods only)
About You
You will have:
Experience operating excavators in construction, civil or piling works
Construction white card
Minimum HC Licence with float experience.
Applicants with an HR Licence will also be considered if they are willing to upgrade to an HC Licence
A strong commitment to workplace safety
A positive attitude, reliability and a solid work ethic
The ability to work well within a team and represent our company professionally on site
