The Opportunity

We're looking for a Full time Warehouse Assistant to join our growing warehouse team in Port Melbourne.

You'll work closely with our Warehouse Supervisors to help keep the warehouse running efficiently. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll support all areas of the warehouse, from receiving stock and replenishment through to picking, packing and dispatch, while helping ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in their work and is looking to grow with a fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and put away incoming stock.
- Replenish inventory and maintain organised warehouse locations.
- Support the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisors with day-to-day warehouse operations.




- Assist with stocktakes and inventory accuracy.
- Help maintain warehouse systems and complete general administrative tasks.
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time using our warehouse systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Jump in wherever needed to support the wider warehouse team.

What You Bring to the Role

- Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Experience using Shopify, Peoplevox, Starshipit or similar warehouse management systems is highly regarded.
- Good computer skills and confidence in learning new systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine team-first approach.
- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
- An interest in sports nutrition and customer service is desirable.
