Goldlead Supply Chain Development (Oceania) Pty Ltd - Banksmeadow NSW

Goldlead Supply Chain Sydney is growing and we are looking for an additional Storeperson and Forklift Operator to join our 3PL warehouse team in Banksmeadow. This is a permanent full-time role for the right candidate, with a standard probation period on commencement.

The role covers a broad range of yard and warehouse activities. You will be working across forklift and high reach operations, container and truck unloading, pick and pack, stock control, and general store duties. Key Duties

- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods from trucks and containers for accuracy and damage
- Put away stock into designated racking locations using forklifts and manual handling
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for despatch in line with customer requirements
- Safely load delivery vehicles and containers in accordance with WHS procedures
- Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts to move, stack, and arrange merchandise
- Carry out lifting, packing, wrapping, strapping, palletising, and crating as required
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock takes and cycle counts




- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly, including delivery dockets and picking slips
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
- Report any issues or hazards within your area of responsibility to your supervisor or manager
- Support your supervisor and contribute to the development of procedures and task plans as required
- Demonstrated warehousing experience
- Proven experience in a manual handling role
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- High reach forklift experience (Double deep Preferred)
- Experience with packing, wrapping, or palletising tasks
- Familiarity with WMS systems or RF scanning
