Rental Coordinator | Earthmoving Equipment

About the Role

As the Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our rental fleet, ensuring equipment is delivered on time, customers receive exceptional service, and fleet utilisation is maximised.

Working closely with the Sales, Service and Transport teams, you'll ensure every hire runs smoothly from enquiry through to off-hire.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily rental bookings and equipment availability.

- Prepare quotations, hire agreements and rental documentation.

- Liaise with customers regarding deliveries, collections and equipment requirements.

- Schedule transport and logistics for equipment movements.

- Work closely with the workshop to ensure machines are serviced, inspected and ready for hire.

- Maintain accurate rental records within the business operating system.





- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Assist the sales team by identifying additional rental and sales opportunities.

- Ensure all safety, compliance and company procedures are followed.

About You

To be successful you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in equipment hire, earthmoving, construction or rental coordination.

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong computer skills with experience using ERP or rental management systems.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a high-performing team.
