Remote Expo Chef/All Rounder 2:1 Roster

Role Overview: As our Chef/All Rounder, you'll wear many hats, from whipping up continental breakfasts to the best roast dinners ever. But that's not all – you'll also lend a hand with minor administrative duties and ensure our accommodation and communal areas are kept immaculate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve continental breakfasts and dinners with precision and passion 20-40 pax
- Cook-to-order requests, catering to diverse tastes and dietary preferences where required
- Create tantalizing crib lunches, keeping guests fueled for their day
- Assist with minor administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and communal areas

Requirements:





- Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a small remote camp
- Commercial Cookery Certificate or Similar Training
- Ability to handle a variety of culinary tasks with efficiency and creativity
- Housekeeping/Cleaning experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication
- Comfortable in remote locations
- Thrive in a remote setting and a small team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs
- Dedication to upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
