We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of digital products, platforms, and services. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery rhythm across client engagements, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to keep work moving and bring quality digital solutions into production.

You'll coordinate delivery across one or more initiatives, navigate competing priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and create clarity for teams and clients. You'll work closely with designers, developers, QA, technical specialists and client stakeholders to support reliable, well-managed delivery from planning through to release and live service.

We're also looking for someone who confidently uses AI tools to improve delivery processes, reduce manual workload, strengthen reporting and help teams work more efficiently.

At Liquid, this role sits close to the work. You'll operate within the delivery approach set with our Digital Delivery Lead, taking ownership of day-to-day coordination, team rhythm, risks, releases and delivery visibility across your engagements.

You'll have the autonomy to make delivery decisions within your projects, while drawing on the Digital Delivery Lead for direction, escalation and support on broader delivery strategy and practice.

What you'll be doing

- managing the day-to-day delivery of digital products, services and defined workstreams
- working with the Digital Delivery Lead to apply delivery approaches appropriate to each engagement
- establishing clear team rhythms, plans, governance and ways of working within agreed delivery frameworks




- building trusted working relationships with client stakeholders and providing clear, confident delivery communication
- coordinating multidisciplinary teams through discovery, design, development, testing and release
- proactively managing delivery risks, dependencies, issues and competing priorities
- facilitating planning, forecasting and roadmap activities aligned with agreed priorities
- maintaining delivery visibility and escalating material risks or decisions to the Digital Delivery Lead and client stakeholders
- supporting teams to build strong delivery habits, collaboration and accountability
- identifying and implementing practical improvements to delivery workflows and team performance
- planning releases and coordinating deployment activities, including troubleshooting or rollback where needed
- supporting effective change control, service transition and operational readiness
- supporting service continuity, incident response and recovery planning where appropriate
- using AI tools and automation to improve planning, reporting, documentation and team efficiency
- contributing delivery input to discovery workshops, proposals and planning for new opportunities when required
- sharing lessons and contributing to the ongoing improvement of Liquid's delivery practices, tools and standards

What we're looking for

- robust experience managing the delivery of digital products, websites, platforms or services from planning through to release
- experience coordinating multiple workstreams, priorities or concurrent initiatives
- experience building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and communicating delivery status clearly
- demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity and change




- strong understanding of Agile, iterative delivery and modern digital delivery practices
- experience with release management, deployments, operational readiness, service transition or change processes
- experience delivering digital services within government and/or healthcare environments is highly regarded
- demonstrated experience using AI tools to streamline delivery processes, reduce manual administration and improve team efficiency
- sound commercial awareness and the ability to balance quality, scope, timelines and client outcomes
- strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- a good understanding of digital service delivery, accessibility and user-centred design principles
- the judgement to work independently, make practical delivery decisions and escape at the right time
- a collaborative mindset and commitment to continuously improving how teams deliver

Nice to have

- experience delivering within complex government digital environments
- certifications such as Scrum Master, AgilePM, PRINCE2 or PMP
- familiarity with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines and cloud delivery environments
- experience supporting delivery governance, service operations or PMO processes
- experience supporting continuity, disaster recovery or operational readiness activities

Location

This is a hybrid Brisbane-based role, with time each week in our Fortitude Valley office.
