Your new role as the Auto Electrician Leading Hand will report into the Workshop Supervisor. Working on a Full-Time basis at our Guildford site.

The New Mining Machines Department at Wes Trac specializes in providing cutting-edge machinery solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the mining industry. Roster

/n

Monday to Friday. 10.5 hours (including a meal break)

/n

What You'll Do

/n

- Lead and motivate a team of up to 10 employees within the Current Mining Machines Team.

/n

- Installing dealer provided options - electrical systems, performing diagnostics, and replacing electrical components & air-conditioning systems on large mining equipment.

/n

- Work alongside team member to manage and complete high volume tasks efficiently

/n

- Promote, encourage and monitor safety to a high standard within the team

/n

Skills & Experience

/n

- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Auto Electrician)

/n

- Exposure to mining / construction equipment or other industrial areas such as agriculture or highway trucks, hire equipment is highly considered

/n

- CAT equipment experience is highly desirable

/n

- Team leadership experience with ability to lead from the front with Safety as this will be paramount

/n

- Strong understanding of KPI metrics from receiving a task to component dispatch

/n

- Ability to coach and mentor teams

/n
