Byron Bay Agri Tech Brand is seeking an Operations Manager to scale a fast-growing paddock-to-plate business. You will own day-to-day operations, design scalable processes, and lead a multi-functional team to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to delivery. You'll partner with the founder to implement AI, automation and contemporary software, driving efficiency and a culture of accountability across marketing, sales, service, logistics and production.
