About the Position

This is a full-time ongoing opportunity for a motivated and analytical professional to join the Agency's Conformance and Assurance team. As a Senior Analyst, you will support the delivery of conformance and assurance services that help ensure digital health systems meet required standards and specifications.

Working across multiple projects and service areas, you will undertake complex analytical and technical work, including requirements analysis, risk assessment, conformance assessments, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Reporting to an Assistant Director,



you will work with a high degree of independence to deliver quality outcomes, provide evidence-based advice, and contribute to the development of conformance artefacts, processes and service documentation.

You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, represent the work area in meetings and forums, and play an active role in driving innovation, service excellence and capability development across the team.

Skills and experience (essential criteria)

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Demonstrated experience in business analysis, systems analysis, software testing, solution design, data analysis, or a related discipline within a technology or service delivery environment.
