Reporting to the Commercial Director, we are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team in Wyaralong.

Responsabilities:

- Responsible for the commercial and contractual management of the project's downstream packages within a collaborative Design & Construction (D&C;) reimbursable contract model.
- Accountable for managing commercial risks, scope changes, and contractual compliance, while fostering collaborative relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in team-oriented contracting models is desirable.
- Required experience: 5-10 years.
- Degree in Law or Engineering, with training and/or experience in contract management.
- High level of English (C1).
- Be part of a globally recognised infrastructure group.
- Work in a dynamic international environment.
- Play a central role in shaping and supporting our Australian operations.
