The role
- Design and execute leasing and sales strategies from end to end
- Facilitate negotiations to deliver robust outcomes for clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across owners, developers and occupiers
- Build and leverage market intelligence to drive new opportunities
About you
- Established property sales/leasing experience, or coming from an aligned industry-we're open
- Transferrable experience within the industrial & logistics sector
- Experience in sales, business development or client-facing roles
- Strong communicator-confident in writing and in the room
- A team player who values high performance, brings energy and a client-first mindset
