We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Electrical Products to lead our Products Engineering team and drive technical excellence across a diverse portfolio of electrical solutions.
Based in Thornton, NSW, you'll drive engineering standards, compliance, product development and team performance while shaping the future direction of our products division, within a respected Australian-owned engineering and manufacturing group. This role offers the opportunity to influence engineering strategy, product innovation, compliance and operational performance

You are a respected engineering leader with strong technical expertise,
commercial awareness and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years' experience in electrical engineering, product development or project delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior engineering or engineering management role.
- Robust knowledge of electrical power systems, control systems and protection schemes.
- Experience developing engineering standards and governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Highly Regarded
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or eligibility.
- RPEQ or equivalent qualified registration.
- Experience within mining, energy, utilities, infrastructure or heavy industry sectors.
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, ETAP, Power Factory or similar engineering software.
