We’re seeking an experienced Site Managerto take full ownership of a residential lifestyle development in Moama.

You’ll be responsible for delivering both residential & commercial elements of this land mark project which includes 100 + homes and $5 MIL commercial clubhouse.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion
- Drive construction program and coordinate trades effectively
- Maintain strong OH&S; standards, site compliance, and documentation
- Deliver high-quality builds in line with drawings, NCC, and specifications
- Monitor costs, variations, and subcontractor performance
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and customers

About You





- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (volume building experience desirable)
- Strong knowledge of OH&S;, NCC, and local building standards
- Ability to manage multiple trades and meet program deadlines
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality outcomes
- Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
