Permanent Full Time Opportunity with hybrid working arrangements

Macquarie Park location with onsite parking and close to public transport

About You

You are a proactive and organised supply chain professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. You have strong communication, administrative and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional service.

You are detail-oriented, customer focused and confident working with systems, data and process improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career with a global healthcare organisation.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate inbound shipments, freight documentation and customs clearance activities
- Monitor shipment status, ETA updates and inventory availability
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouse providers and transport partners
- Coordinate outbound order fulfillment activities and customer deliveries
- Support urgent and critical customer delivery requirements
- Investigate delivery discrepancies and coordinate resolution activities
- Maintain accurate records in SAP, Salesforce and logistics systems




- Support inventory accuracy, stock transfers and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Supply Chain teams across Australia and New Zealand
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities across fulfillment and logistics operations

To be Successful

- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment or operations
- Strong understanding of inbound logistics, outbound distribution and inventory processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce will be highly regarded
- Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics providers will be advantageous
- Healthcare, medical device or regulated industry experience is desirable but not essential
