MMS is seeking a Senior Claims Operations Manager to oversee the claims processing flow within Plan and Support Services (PSS). You will lead ~80 staff across 3 locations, with 6 direct reports, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and timely processing for National Disability Insurance Scheme participants.
You will provide strategic direction, implement process improvements and manage workforce resources while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
