Assist Store Manager and develop staff to deliver a high level of customer service

Assist Store Manager to maximise the profitability and viability of the store

Assist Store Manager to manage and maintain all WHS standards

is Base Rate - $30.66 p/h; Evening Penalty & Saturday Rate – $38.33 p/h Sunday Rate $45.99 p/h; Public Holiday Rate $68.99 p/h.

Certificate III in Retail or equivalent

Experience in supervising team members

Minimum 2 years’ experience in aretail environment

Effective written and oral communication skills

Proven ability to coach staff ‘on the job’

Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification(relevant to State/ACT)

Driver’s Licence(current)

Ability to lift medium to heavy weights forperiod of time

Valid work rights in Australia are required for this position.

Experience in a similar role in the liquor industry

Liquor product knowledge
