About the role:

- Drive new business opportunities and grow the customer and licensee network across Australia.
- Identify, prospect and convert new customers through a mix of warm and cold business development.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the CRM.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective customers.
- Support new licensees through onboarding and provide ongoing guidance to help maximise their success.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including customer engagement, order processing and ongoing relationship management.
- Travel as required to meet prospective customers and support existing licensee

- Minimum 3-5+ years' experience in business development or sales.
- Experience within the building, architectural, construction or related industries is essential.

- Confident working autonomously with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Someone who enjoys working in a growing business where you can make a genuine impact.
