Casual Position | 20–25 Hours per Week | $35.56 per hour

This position is being offered on a casual basis initially, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent part-time role in the future for the right applicant.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, organised and reliable Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to help keep our warehouse operating efficiently.

This is much more than simply moving boxes. You'll be responsible for ensuring our warehouse is well organised, stock is accurately managed and customer orders leave on time and in perfect condition.

Working closely with the Director, you'll become an important part of the day-to-day operation of the business. One day you might be preparing orders for freight, the next reorganising warehouse stock, checking incoming shipments or making local deliveries to customers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing customer orders for dispatch.

- Organising freight pickups and ensuring orders are packed correctly.

- Receiving and checking incoming stock.

- Physically inspecting drums of anchor chain and other products.

- Moving pallets and stock safely throughout the warehouse.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse.

- Completing local customer deliveries when required with the company ute.

- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory checks.





- Working with the Director to continually improve warehouse systems and efficiency.

- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

About You

We're looking for attitude and reliability above everything else.

You'll likely be someone who:

- Enjoys practical, hands-on work.

- Takes pride in keeping things organised.

- Has excellent attention to detail.

- Is physically fit and capable of manual handling throughout the day.

- Works efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.

- Is dependable and turns up ready to work.

- Can work independently and take ownership of tasks.

- Has a current Australian driver's licence.

- Holds a current Forklift Licence or is willing to obtain one before commencing employment.

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly regarded but not essential.
