Ampersand Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Certifier (Level 3 minimum) for an 11-month contract with Livingstone delivery. The role supports the Council's commercial Building Certification service across development applications, swimming pool safety and building compliance throughout the construction lifecycle.

You will provide specialist technical advice to the public and internal teams, and may be called as an expert witness in Tribunal matters. Queensland experience preferred.
