At Pol Care, we're passionate about helping older Australians live independently and with dignity in their own homes. We are looking for a compassionate and highly organised Rostering Coordinator to join our team in Mount Waverley.
In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating care services, creating and maintaining client rosters, and matching clients with the right support workers to ensure they receive high-quality, person-centred care. About the Role
As a Rostering Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate and manage daily client rosters and support services
- Match clients with suitable support workers based on their needs and preferences
- Respond to service changes, cancellations, and new referrals in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within our care management system
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, families, and support workers
- Resolve rostering issues efficiently while ensuring continuity of care
- Provide administrative support to the Service Coordination team
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, administration, or a similar coordination role
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- The ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2–3 years' experience in rostering or administration
- Fluency in both English and Polish (essential)
- A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Experience in aged care, disability support, or community services (highly desirable)
- Experience using the Lookout care management system (desirable)
- Availability to work from our Mount Waverley office
