About the Role
SMW Drilling Services is seeking Blasthole Drillers to join our operations across multiple NSW regions.
This is an opportunity to work within a high-performing drilling team on established open-cut mining operations. You will be responsible for operating blast hole drill rigs safely and efficiently, contributing to consistent production outcomes.
Experienced drillers are preferred; however, applicants with transferable drilling experience and the right attitude will be considered.

About You
Essential
- Ability to pass an Order 45 NSW Medical (including D&A; screening)
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
- Strong commitment to safety and site compliance
- Ability to work within a team-focused production environment
- Experience on Reedrill, CAT or Sandvik D50i platforms
- Background in blasthole, exploration, water bore, top hammer or DTH drilling
- Mechanically minded with basic maintenance capability
