Origin Energy Services Ltd. is seeking a Broker Lead in Melbourne to head a 5–7 person Sales team within the Broker channel, driving growth, retention and commercial performance across a major portfolio.
You will work closely with Brokers, consultants and internal stakeholders to influence strategy, develop future leaders and deliver outcomes for customers and the business. This is a hybrid Melbourne-based leadership role with exposure to senior stakeholders.
