Job description: Required Skills
- Service Now ITOM
- CMDB implementation, governance, and maintenance
- Vulnerability Response
- Security Incident Response (SIR)
Certifications
- Current Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service Now ITOM and Security Operations modules, as well as expertise in CMDB health, CSDM adoption, and service mapping. The resource should be capable of engaging with business and technical stakeholders and delivering quality outcomes.
All candidates should have full working rights in Australia.
