Tesoro, the signature restaurant at Mövenpick Hotel Hobart, is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen with hands-on leadership. You will direct the culinary strategy, mentor the team, and drive menus that showcase premium Tasmanian produce while maintaining hotel standards and guest satisfaction.
You will work closely with hotel leadership, manage costs and volumes, and shape a warm, memorable dining experience that reflects Tasmanian character and Accor’s global network.
